While she reportedly hasn’t officially broken up with Justin Bieber, she is “taking time to herself” right now.
“Selena is very delicate; her ‘comeback’ to the spotlight has been tough — especially with the interest in her personal life with Justin and her mother,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight. “She is taking time to herself. This is not the first time she has done this.”
The source adds that Selena is also working to repair her relationship with her mother, Mandy Teefey, who reportedly isn’t happy about her relationship with Justin.
“She needs to figure out how to live the life she wants in the spotlight — if that’s even possible,” the source says.
Meanwhile, in other celebrity couple news, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are still going strong, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be walking down the aisle any time soon.
“There is no reason for them to rush into a marriage so they aren’t,” a source tells ET. “Both of them are happy and content with where their relationship is right now.”
Gwen has three children from her marriage to Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale. Blake has been married and divorced twice, most recently in 2015, from second wife and fellow country star Miranda Lambert.
