Dua Lipa has been forced to cancel two of her Australian shows opening for Bruno Mars due to dental surgery.
The singer broke the news to fans on social media, saying she needed her wisdom teeth removed and would not be able to perform.
“Im so sorry to have to cancel some of my support shows with @brunomars,” Dua writes. “I’ve been performing with an awful pain due to my wisdom teeth and as advised by my dentist and oral surgeon I have had to have them imminently removed.”
She adds, “I have been enjoying this tour so much and i’m so upset that life has gotten in the way but hopefully i’ll have a speedy recovery and make it back as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.”
Dua also posted a video of herself looking bummed while holding a cloth to her swollen face.
According to a statement from LiveNation, she’ll be missing two shows on March 14 and March 15 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
