The Fenty Beauty freestyle highlighter, a cream-powder hybrid, is loaded with superfine shimmer and blends instantly into the skin. You can use it on your face, eyes, lips, collarbone or anywhere else you need some sparkle.
You can, as the Fenty Beauty website says, “celebrate 30 blessed years of Rihanna’s killer radiance” with the product, which costs $34.
