Variety reports that the Oscar nominee’s French Renaissance chateau in Saddle River, N.J., which she bought in 2008 for $12.3 million, is currently on the market for just under $7 million.
That means that even if she sells it for full price, she stands to lose more than five million bucks, not counting “carrying costs, improvement expenses and real estate fees.”
Mary’s 13,000 square feet, three-story mansion includes eight bedrooms, eight of which have a fireplace, two walk-in closets and two bathrooms in each.
There are also nine full bathrooms, three half bathrooms, a guest apartment, a pool house with a four-car garage and other lavish features.
