Courtesy of Live NationIf you love rock ‘n’ roll, especially by bands who had big hits during the 1980s, you’ll love the newly announced summer tour featuring Styx, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts and Tesla. The North American trek kicks off May 30 in Irvine, California, and is scheduled through a July 15 concert in Holmdel, New Jersey.
Tickets for almost all of the concerts will go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 16, at 10 a.m. local time via LiveNation.com. Styx and Tesla will offer exclusive pre-sale tickets through their respective official websites — StyxWorld.com and TeslatheBand.com — starting Wednesday, February 14, at 10 a.m. local time.
Styx previously toured with Tesla in 2015, on a bill that also featured Def Leppard. This year, Styx also is slated to hit the road with REO Speedwagon and ex-Eagles guitarist Don Felder for a U.S. trek running from mid-March to mid-April.
