Courtesy of FoghatJust in time for Valentine’s Day, Foghat has introduced its own line of jimmy hats — um, you know, condoms.
The band has appropriately named the contraceptive sheaths after its biggest hit, 1975’s “Slow Ride,” a song that pays homage to a night of sweet lovemaking.
Foghat Slow Ride condoms are available exclusively at the band’s online store, Foghat.biz, and are priced at $15 for a package of six.
A note on the group’s website reads, “When you want to take a Slow Ride but stay safe, grab a Foghat Slow Ride condom! These condoms are latex, lubricated and ready to ROCK whenever you are!”
Meanwhile, Foghat has more than a dozen concerts lined up around the U.S. this year, spanning from a show this Saturday in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, through a July 21 gig in Pendleton, Oregon. The band’s itinerary includes six shows at Walt Disney World’s Epcot Center on April 6 and 7 as part of the attraction’s Garden Rocks concert series.
