Andrew Lipovsky/NBCAfter revealing details of their upcoming album, Pray for the Wicked, earlier on Wednesday, Panic! at the Disco delivered the debut performance of one of their new songs on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
And that wasn’t all. Frontman Brendon Urie earned some laughs in a comedy segment on The Tonight Show by singing the theme from DuckTales.
As part of his “Audience Suggestion Box” bit, Fallon presented a question from a fan that read, “Jimmy, I saw Panic! at the Disco was on your show and I love Brendon Urie. He can make any song he sings sound amazing. Can you have Brendon come out and sing the DuckTales theme song?”
Lo and behold, Brendon came out and offered up a very animated take on the cartoon theme song while being backed by The Roots.
Later on in the show, Brendon and the rest of Panic! at the Disco rocked their new song “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” complete with a full horn section. Fallon seemed to be blown away by the performance, gushing profusely as he greeted the band.
Brendon wasn’t done putting on a show, though, as he danced enthusiastically to The Roots’ outro music as the credits rolled.
Panic! at the Disco’s new album, Pray for the Wicked, drops June 22.
