Johnny Nunez/WireImageNas and ex-wife Kelis appear to have reached a settlement when it comes to custody of their eight-year-old son, Knight.
TMZ reports that the former couple has agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of Knight.
Nas and Kelis will alternate Knight’s birthdays: The “Hate Me Now” rapper will get the even years and the “Milkshake” singer the odd years.
In addition, Nas will take over parental responsibilities for his son on Father’s Day and Kelis on Mother’s Day.
TMZ adds that Kelis currently receives $8,000 a month in child support from Nas, but she claims he should be able to provide more.
Nas and Kelis married in 2005, and divorced in 2010, one year after Knight was born.
