ABC/Randy HolmesAfter months of anticipation, Tinashe‘s finally given us a look at the cover art for her sophomore album, Joyride, and its release date.
The singer unveiled the cover on Instagram, with the caption, “The wait is over. JOYRIDE 4/13.”
The album cover itself shows the “No Drama” singer in silhouette, wearing what appears to be a cream-colored, see-through dress with two long spikes attached to her shoulders, and some sort of wire and metal construct draped down her back.
She also seems to be sporting a shaven head.
As previously reported, Tinashe hinted on Twitter Wednesday that her forthcoming disc would arrive in April.
She released a surprise mixtape album, Nightride, in 2016.
Her debut album, Aquarius, came out in 2014.
Tinashe’s latest single, “Faded Love,” features Future and is the follow-up to her first release of the year, “No Drama.”
