Image Group LA/ABCAfter being hospitalized for respiratory problems, Rick Ross is now letting his fans know that everything is just fine.
Thursday, Da Boss posted a picture of himself on Instagram wearing a bomber jacket with the words “Black Bottle Boys” emblazoned on the back and carrying a bottle of Belaire Rosé wine.
In the caption he writes, “Ain’t nothing like home. I love y’all.”
As previously reported by TMZ, the Maybach Music Group CEO was rushed to a Miami hospital on the first day of March, following a 911 call saying he was having trouble breathing.
The caller said he was unresponsive, was “slobbing out of the mouth,” and had a history of seizures.
After suffering seizures on two separate flights in October 2011, Ross focused on improving his health, and has lost over 100 pounds.
TMZ had reported that the rapper was placed on life support and was possibly suffering from pneumonia.
However, Ricky Rozay’s friend Fat Trel posted on Instagram that he’d talked to Ross and that reports of his declining health were grossly exaggerated.
He commented, “HE IN DA HOSPITAL BUT HE IS NOT ON ‘LIFE SUPPORT’…HE GOOD.”
Many stars, including Lil Wayne, Missy Elliott, LL Cool J, Usher and Trey Songz tweeted their support for Ross after TMZ’s report.
