ABC/Randy HolmesHayley Williams has invited Elton John to attend a Paramore show, after the music legend said he was a fan of the band’s latest album, After Laughter.
“Thx @eltonofficial, pls come to a pmore show,” Williams tweeted. “It’s a v good time.”
In a recent interview, John said he thought After Laughter, which features the singles “Hard Times” and “Fake Happy,” as “one of the most underrated albums” of 2017.
If Sir Elton was to attend a Paramore show this year, he could catch them either Bonnaroo or Boston Calling. If he’s feeling particularly ambitious, he could book a room on the band’s Parahoy! concert cruise, which launches in April.
If and when John attends a show, though, we hope he chooses the same one as Stranger Things actor Gaten Matarazzo.
