ABC/Randy HolmesThe new Thirty Seconds to Mars album will arrive on April 6, but several details about the record — including the track list and even the title — are still unknown. That should change soon, though, as frontman Jared Leto has revealed that work on the album is nearly complete.
“Just finished all the production and mixes for the news Mars album,” Leto tweeted Monday. All that’s left, he adds, is to master it and turn it into the record label.
The album, Thirty Seconds to Mars’ fifth studio effort, is the follow-up to 2013’s Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams. It’ll feature the new singles “Walk on Water” and “Dangerous Night.”
Leto and company will embark on a North American headlining tour this summer in support of the new album. The massive trek, which will feature openers WALK THE MOON, K.Flay, MisterWives, Joywave and Welshly Arms on select dates, kicks off June 6 in Toronto.
