Leslie HasslerKenny Loggins is the latest star to head to Las Vegas.
While he hasn’t announced a full residency, Loggins has set a three-night engagement at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas for September 5, 7, and 8. The shows will highlight Loggins’ many hits from movie soundtracks, as well as some new music.
As anyone who listened to the radio in the ’80s knows, Loggins was “The Soundtrack King,” spinning off hits from the soundtracks of movies like Caddyshack and Caddyshack II, Top Gun, Footloose, Over the Top, and more. On February 1, Loggins was honored by the Guild of Music Supervisors with its first-ever Icon Award, for his achievements in film and TV soundtracks.
Tickets for the Vegas shows go on sale March 2 at 10 a.m. PDT via WynnLasVegas.com.
