Joe Moore2 Chainz came up with a unique way of unveiling his new album title over the weekend: He used a blimp.
The blimp, soaring over Los Angeles, revealed that the rapper’s new album will be called Rap or Go to the League. It’s the follow-up to his 2017 release, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music.
On Instagram, he wrote, “THIS GONE BE MY BREAKOUT ALBUM !!! Ps…pls never think that I’m content.”
Last week, 2 Chainz dropped a surprise four-song EP called The Play Don’t Care Who Makes It.
More details about the album are coming soon; meanwhile the rapper has a number of other projects on his calendar. His new sneaker collaboration with Versace, called Chain Reaction, will be out this spring, and his VICELAND show Most Expensivest has been renewed for a second season.
