Credit: Danny ClinchMuse is gearing up to unleash a “Thought Contagion” on the world. That’s the name of the British trio’s newest song, and it’ll arrive this Thursday, February 15.
Leading up to “Thought Contagion’s” release, Muse has shared a photo of what appears to be the single’s artwork. It features an ’80s-styled typeface set against an image of someone sitting on top of car while shooting lightning out of their hand.
“Thought Contagion” is the follow-up to Muse’s 2017 track “Dig Down,” and, like its predecessor, is not expected to be tethered to an album. The band has previously said that they plan to release a number of one-off singles before they begin working on their next full-length effort, the follow-up to 2015’s Drones.
Muse will be bringing their new track to the festival circuit this spring and summer with headlining sets at Bonnaroo, BottleRock and Carolina Rebellion.
