Nas; ABC/Randy HolmesA forthcoming Netflix eight-part documentary series, titled Rapture, will take a look at hip hop culture through the eyes of some of today’s biggest artists.
Nas, T.I., 2 Chainz, G-Eazy and Logic are just a few of the stars featured in the new series, which comes courtesy of New York city-based content and media collective, Mass Appeal.

One of the directors of the documentary series is Sacha Jenkins, the creative director of Mass Appealmagazine.
He says in a statement, “It is a great honor for Mass Appeal to work with Netflix to produce our new series Rapture. We’ve been telling hip hop stories since ’96, and as natives we feel it is our duty to do the movement justice. Rapture is bangin’. Straight up.”
All episodes of Rapture debut March 30 on Netflix.
