ABC/Randy HolmesAlt-J has announced that they’ll be headlining Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York on June 15, but the performance won’t be any old concert — it’ll be an “immersive sound show.”
According to a press release, the show will use “immersive hyperrealism technology,” and will feature a “surround speaker system enveloping the entire audience.”
“We are beyond excited to announce this show,” Alt-J says. “Our biggest ever in [North America]. We are bringing a unique sound system & award-winning lights. This is a milestone in our American touring history & we want you all to share it with us.”
