Courtesy of Press Here PublicityKorn frontman Jonathan Davis has released a new song called “What It Is,” the first single from his forthcoming solo debut album. The piano-heavy track is available for digital download, and you can watch its emotional video now on YouTube.
In a statement, Davis says he wants his solo material to “pull listeners in a different direction.”
“I’m taking them out of that dark place and into somewhere that’s spiritual, positive, and makes them really think,” he explains. “It’s just art. I’ve changed lives with Korn, but I wanted to open minds with this s***.”
Davis’ debut solo album is due out in the summer.
