Police Seek Erratic Driver

State police are looking for any information regarding a motor vehicle that side-swiped another vehicle, and then sped off. The incident happened on route 14 eastbound in Windham near the Scotland town line around 9:00 Tuesday morning. Police say the offending vehicle, a black, newer model Mercedes sedan, passed another vehicle in a no-passing zone, and then hit it to avoid on-coming traffic. The Mercedes then took off.
